Agreement to these terms

Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for any content you submit or translate through the Service.
You acknowledge that third-party service providers (such as translation and OCR APIs) may process the text or images you submit. BeyondTranslate is not responsible for how those providers handle your data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors and contributors of BeyondTranslate disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Service.
